and its accomplices have sacrificed my human rights; therefore, I am seeking
damages and compensation!!(2026/10/12)

This is Hsiao-Ping, Huang (Emily), I’m the founder of Whatsyouridea1996 blog;
this article regarding compensation and restitution claims is based on the fact
that my human rights were infringed upon by the ruling party. The relevant
facts and details are outlined below:

When the state's ruling leaders violate the Constitution, betray
their oath of office, and conspire with domestic and international figures
as well as well-known companies to infringe upon a citizen—regardless of the
victim's identity, status, or the underlying motives—this is an atrocious act,
and their political integrity is absolute zero. Having encountered that
reporting to the police and petitioning elected representatives were both in
vain, I am left with no choice but to publish this article and pray to the
deities that the wrongdoers meet their end and pay the price for their
misdeeds.
The following is a detailed list of the compensation amounts I have
prayed for, recorded here for the record. All wrongdoers involved must pay
in full the compensation amounts listed, as well as cover any concealed
items, and fulfill their legal liabilities. In particular, my prayers and
published demands—calling for the law to sentence these wrongdoers to the death
penalty and the deprivation of civil rights, to be executed immediately—must be
carried out to put a timely end to evil.
I hope readers will support my arguments and requests to defend human
rights. No one knows who the next victim might be. I have no idea why I was
targeted in this joint attack. This is a shame upon the Republic of China and a
shame upon democracy. Please support me.

I have already mentioned in other articles that the damages and
compensation must not be paid out of the national treasury or funds from their
employing entities, that TWD1,000,000,000,000 equals 1 trillion, and my
perceptions of those who are wicked or virtuous, among other matters;
therefore, these will not be reiterated here.
1.
The wrongdoers
must pay me TWD5,000 trillion before I will agree not to translate their evil
deeds into "multiple languages" for public disclosure. Since 2023 or
2024 up to the present, I have had no idea how many wrongdoers are involved;
this claim amount shall become the karmic debt of the wrongdoers.
2.
Even if the
wrongdoers hide or transfer assets, take their own lives, or pass away, their
karmic debts, their obligations to compensate me, and their obligations to pay
compensation on behalf of other targets I demand from shall remain intact.
3.
Anyone who
misleads me into believing the perpetrators are other individuals shall bear
the same compensation and indemnity obligations as the mastermind.
4.
The leaders of
each state involved, along with the executive officials of their respective
political parties, must pay a hush-money fee of TWD5,000 trillion for their own
country.
5.
All income
generated by the perpetrators, as well as their affiliated political parties,
companies, or organizations, due to their involvement in this matter—including
personal earnings and overtime pay accrued during their term of employment
while involved—must be donated in full to relieve the poor and assist the
vulnerable.
6.
The wrongdoers
must compensate me for the losses caused by their deliberate actions that
prevented all my endeavors from achieving my goals, as well as for the
psychological harm and constant interference I suffered as a result, totaling TWD5,000
trillion.
7.
Each
participating organization and its decision-makers who tested my loyalty to the
state must individually compensate the Government of the Republic of
China TWD5,000 trillion and compensate me TWD5,000 trillion.
8. The obligors obligated to pay under Item 7 above, due to
their infringement upon my human rights, must compensate me TWD5,000 trillion, pay compensation of TWD5,000 trillion to
human rights organizations in the Republic of China, and pay TWD5,000 trillion
to human rights organizations in their respective countries.
9. Those who ordered and manufactured artificial wind and
rain, thereby wasting water resources, must assist the Republic of China and
their own countries in expanding recycled water infrastructure through labor
and funding until 「every household」 enjoys access.
10.
Those who
hired sorcery practitioners (the employers) must pay TWD5,000 trillion to
orthodox religious organizations in the Republic of China and in their own
countries, respectively, for the purpose of educating correct, righteous
religious and mystical concepts and discipline; as the practitioners are
already included among the aforementioned "wrongdoers" or
"involved parties," they will not be reiterated here.
11.
Those who
impersonated Tesla and SpaceX companies to fraudulently obtain and induce me to
provide business opinions, regardless of whether my opinions were used, shall
be subject to the following:
(1)
The involved
individuals and their organizations must replace their vehicles by purchasing
Tesla electric vehicle products.
(2)
Other
involved parties whose actions were unrelated to Tesla or SpaceX business
opinions must change their vehicles to electric vehicles, bicycles, or other
environmentally friendly means of transportation.
(3)
Those who
stole items I intended to use Tesla products for charitable donations (such as
electric vehicles, solar-related equipment, charging piles, etc.) must
immediately replace all product brands stolen from my plan with Tesla brand
products.
12.
The
wrongdoers must pay "Goodwill and Justice Compensation" to the
following entities, unless they are proven to have been involved in this case:
(1)
Persons who
paid to hire protection for me, and those who executed such protection during
this period.
(2)
Persons who
paid to hire attorneys to assist me in taking relevant legal actions, and those
performing legal services as attorneys during this period.
(3)
Public
welfare organizations providing legal services to the general public.
(4)
Public
welfare organizations that provide assistance to those in need—specifically
regarding childbirth, old age, illness, disability, widowhood/orphanhood, or
death—regardless of whether the beneficiaries possess poverty certificates.
a.
Costs incurred
in (1) and (2) were caused by the wrongdoers, the wrongdoers must pay:
· The hiring costs incurred by the employers in items (1)
and (2).
· An amount equal to 3 times the hiring costs incurred by
the employers in items (1) and (2).
The reason is to support goodwill and justice and ensure
its continuity.
b. The wrongdoers must pay TWD500 trillion each to the
organization to which the protective personnel in item (1) belong and to the
law firm in item (2), to be distributed internally by the recipient entities to
the personnel executing the tasks and business.
The reason is that the wrongdoers pay this price because
those executing protection prevented the evil objectives from succeeding; the
wrongdoers are the instigators and ought to bear this cost.
c.
The
wrongdoers must pay TWD500 trillion
each to public welfare legal service organizations in the Republic of China and
in their respective countries, as in (3).
d.
The
wrongdoers must pay TWD500 trillion each to public welfare organizations in the
Republic of China and in their respective countries, as in (4).
13. Wrongdoers
stole plans or proposals related to businesses managed by Mr. Elon Musk that I
intended to provide to him, and if Mr. Elon Musk or any of the respective
companies seek damages from the wrongdoers, the wrongdoers shall not refuse or
bargain, but must pay the full claimed amounts or fulfill the required
liabilities. Evil acts should never have occurred in the first place.
14. The
wrongdoers who blocked my income, created a malicious living environment for
me, and deliberately induced anxiety—including the fear that being worshipped
might shorten my lifespan and the fear caused by mind-probing via
witchcraft—must pay TWD500 trillion each to psychological counseling
institutions or domestic violence prevention agencies in the Republic of China
and in their respective countries.
15. The
wrongdoers who blocked my environment, resulting in my lack of income, and
concealed my income records, must pay TWD500 trillion each to the national
treasuries of the Republic of China and their respective countries to serve as
funding for universal unemployment subsidies.
16. The funds invested into this case by the main
perpetrators, combined with the funds invested by other involved parties to
bring this wrongfulness to fruition, plus TWD500 trillion, shall be
collectively referred to by me as TWDX.
The involved parties from each country, according to
their nationality, must collectively invest TWDX per country toward ending war,
achieving world peace, and expanding universal basic education; they must first
make basic education universal domestically before extending it to countries in
need.
Amounts donated by involved parties to elite schools,
elite academic programs, or advanced/higher education programs shall not be
counted toward the scope of this claim item.
17. Because the wrongdoers monitored my life, they have been
fully aware of these claim amounts and items since September 15, 2026.
Therefore, my claim amounts must be compounded by the inflation rate until my
life returns to normal, the wrongful acts cease, and the wrongdoers pay all
amounts in full and fulfill their legal liabilities. If the wrongdoers delay
payment, they must pay daily interest of TWD1.1 billion to each recipient
entity, and if the delay reaches one month, an additional 10-fold interest
shall be applied.
18. Regarding my concealed income, starting from the onset of
concealment, the wrongdoers must pay a daily concealment interest of TWD11.1
billion.
Regarding the above
claims, no wrongdoers may evade the responsibility to pay damages and
compensation or shirk their legal liabilities under any pretext. The wrongdoers
are human beings who knew long ago that wrongful acts would incur claims;
committing evil without confirming the exact claim amount is equivalent to
agreeing to accept any claim amount without defense.
Furthermore, the
wrongdoers monitored my life and continued their evil acts despite knowing my
claim items and amounts long in advance, which means they must rely on powerful
forces. They must immediately pay monetary compensation and serve prison
sentences in order to put an end to other innocent people living in fear of
being victimized, fulfill their responsibility for their crimes, and defend
human rights.
The above are the claim
items regarding the infringement of my rights and the harm inflicted upon me by
the state's ruling leaders. I have reported this to the deities in whom I place
my faith. Heaven and Earth bear witness, and it is hereby recorded.
